About us
Edy and Bridge pieces are designed, cut and handmade in our Nunhead Shop, South London. Each item is individually crafted and we source most of our fabrics from reclaimable stock. This makes each design a limited edition.
Our aim is to create beautiful pieces that become staple favourites in your wardrobe for many seasons to come.
A little bit more about us…
At Edy and Bridge, we create slow fashion clothing that blends timeless design with modern sensibilities—pieces we truly love to wear ourselves. Established in 2013, our brand takes its name from our grandmothers, Edy and Bridge, and is inspired by our diverse backgrounds. Michael’s training at the London College of Fashion and his urban roots merge seamlessly with Jenni’s rural Devon heritage to produce garments that marry heritage style with contemporary design.
Our journey began at Spitalfields Market, where we shared a vision: to craft enduring, expertly made clothing in the UK. Today, every piece is handmade in our Nunhead studio, using primarily deadstock fabrics to ensure sustainability. Each item is produced in limited runs and is available at our Nunhead and Whitstable shops, on our website, and at pop-up events across the UK.
We are deeply committed to sustainability and quality craftsmanship. As we evolve, we remain dedicated to refining our practices and embracing innovative methods that align with our values.
